Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 'Head of Key Accounts - Electronics' to join our dynamic ecommerce start-up. The candidate will oversee a team of Key Account Managers, driving growth and ensuring the successful participation of key sellers in promotional campaigns. The role focuses on strategic account management, maximizing seller engagement, and ensuring optimal performance during campaigns and sales events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  2. Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key sellers/brands, developing tailored strategies to maximize sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance platform engagement.
  3. Campaign Management & Participation: Collaborate with marketing and category teams to ensure top sellers participate in campaigns, driving promotions, ensuring product availability, and managing campaign performance to boost sales.
  4. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow revenue by optimizing product pricing, stock levels, and product visibility. Lead account strategies to achieve sales targets, particularly during high-impact events.
  5. Data Analytics: Utilize data to assess seller performance, monitor GMV, and analyze campaign success. Provide actionable insights for internal teams and sellers to enhance account performance.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with category management, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to solve operational issues, ensuring smooth execution of key seller operations.
  7. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any seller escalations, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in e-commerce.
  3. Needs to be specialist in the different categories such as Electronics.
  4. Strong understanding of campaign management, product assortment, and pricing strategies in e-commerce.
  5. Proven leadership experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  6. Excellent data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
  7. Experience working with cross-functional teams to manage account operations and campaigns.
