About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Software Support Officer to join our team at Cyber Advance Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, software support, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our software solutions.

Main Responsibilities
Deliver timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance overall customer experience. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution. Develop and conduct training sessions to educate customers on software solutions and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer service or software support. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Familiarity with software implementation and training methodologies.
