We are seeking an experienced and skilled CSS team leader to join our Customer Services department at R&I Electrical Appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving complex issues, and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Job Description- Leading the CSS team: Manage and motivate a team of CSS representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Resolving customer complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinating with departments: Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
