Key Responsibilities
  1. Call Center Leadership:
    Supervise and lead a team of call center agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Office Administration:
    Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies, to ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable working environment.
  3. Administrative Support:
    Coordinate schedules, shifts, and breaks for call center agents, assist in workforce planning, and prepare performance reports.
  4. Training and Development:
    Provide training and coaching to call center agents to improve their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. Proven experience in call center management or customer service roles.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
