Key Responsibilities- Call Center Leadership:
Supervise and lead a team of call center agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. - Office Administration:
Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies, to ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable working environment. - Administrative Support:
Coordinate schedules, shifts, and breaks for call center agents, assist in workforce planning, and prepare performance reports. - Training and Development:
Provide training and coaching to call center agents to improve their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in call center management or customer service roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
