
Payroll Administrator

About the Job:
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting daily, weekly and monthly timesheets from employees.
- Preparing employee compensation using payroll software and incorporating allowances/bonuses.
- Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, insurance deductions and taxes.
- Entering new employee data into our databases.
- Handing out paychecks or scheduling bank payments.
- Planning, organizing and controlling payroll management systems.
- Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Preparing monthly payroll inputs including joiners, leavers, movers and changes in allowance.
- Maintaining employee lifecycle records in both hard and soft form as per company policy.
- Clearing final settlements of leavers and escalating any delays.
- Processing employee payrolls accurately, calculating hours, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
- Preparing payroll reports and summaries for management and ensuring proper documentation for audits.
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and work under pressure.
- 3-4 years of experience working as a payroll/finance officer.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
