About the Job:

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collecting daily, weekly and monthly timesheets from employees.
  2. Preparing employee compensation using payroll software and incorporating allowances/bonuses.
  3. Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, insurance deductions and taxes.
  4. Entering new employee data into our databases.
  5. Handing out paychecks or scheduling bank payments.
  6. Planning, organizing and controlling payroll management systems.
  7. Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems.
  8. Maintaining accurate attendance records.
  9. Preparing monthly payroll inputs including joiners, leavers, movers and changes in allowance.
  10. Maintaining employee lifecycle records in both hard and soft form as per company policy.
  11. Clearing final settlements of leavers and escalating any delays.
  12. Processing employee payrolls accurately, calculating hours, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
  13. Preparing payroll reports and summaries for management and ensuring proper documentation for audits.

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and work under pressure.
  3. 3-4 years of experience working as a payroll/finance officer.
  4. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
