Job Description
The Production Efficiency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product quality, production, and efficiency of the Injection Unit. This involves analyzing process monitoring sheets, job setting sheets, and efficiency data to identify areas for improvement. Recommendations will be implemented through Section/Shift Managers to achieve better efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production plan against actual to identify variations or shortfalls
- Assign causes for variation or shortfalls
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality complaints of raw materials, semi-finished items, and packing materials
- Check availability of materials (raw & semi-finished) as per plan
- Cordinate with stores and Plant Managers for actions on shortfalls
Requirements
Experience in Injection Molding Units is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to implement changes effectively.
