Director of Audit

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee financial and operational integrity across hospitality properties.

  • Audit Strategy Development: Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
  • Financial and Operational Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across the hospitality division.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify risks and recommend improvements to minimize exposure to financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Collaboration and Corrective Action: Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Hospitality Operations Oversight: Ensure that hospitality operations adhere to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on audit findings to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the audit team to foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  2. 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  3. Strong Understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  4. Proven Experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
  5. Excellent Analytical Skills.
  6. Strong Leadership and Communication Abilities.
