Sales and Marketing Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team as a Training and Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our Accounts Software Training business by identifying and acquiring new customers in pre-defined territory and market segments. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Building strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their training needs and preferences.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You should also have a proven track record of sales and marketing experience, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

In addition, you should have:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
