Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, providing them with accurate information and timely solutions.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide personalized product or service recommendations.
  3. Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities and close deals effectively, leveraging your negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Upsell or cross-sell products and services where applicable, utilizing your knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments.
  6. Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved during the initial call, demonstrating your commitment to exceptional customer service.
  7. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and call quality benchmarks, consistently delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends, with a keen eye for opportunity and innovation.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Google Products and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
