Job Title: Ads Performance Marketer

We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive campaign success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

  1. The role involves developing and executing effective digital advertising strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. The successful candidate will analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of advertising campaigns and optimize for improved results.
  3. Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting strategies.
  4. Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with the target audience.
  5. Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters for optimal performance.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful advertising materials.
  8. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • A/B testing experience and the ability to iterate and optimize based on performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on advertising effectiveness.
