  3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their questions and purchasing decisions.
  4. Order Processing: Manage and track customer orders, ensuring smooth processing.
  5. Feedback Gathering: Collect valuable feedback from customers to help improve our services and products.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. English Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
  2. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective customer interactions.
