Customer Support Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our users.
Job Description:
- Provide expert-level technical assistance to users, ensuring seamless system operation and prompt issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries through effective communication and troubleshooting skills, delivering knowledge transfer and solutions in a timely manner.
- Daily monitoring and management of user queries to ensure timely resolution and maintain system performance.
- Regular hardware checks across devices to prevent any disruptions to user tasks and guarantee uninterrupted performance.
- Maintain network and non-shared devices to prevent any potential disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, configuration, Cisco Switches, networking, and Veeam Backup.
