We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our users.

Job Description:

  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to users, ensuring seamless system operation and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries through effective communication and troubleshooting skills, delivering knowledge transfer and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Daily monitoring and management of user queries to ensure timely resolution and maintain system performance.
  • Regular hardware checks across devices to prevent any disruptions to user tasks and guarantee uninterrupted performance.
  • Maintain network and non-shared devices to prevent any potential disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, configuration, Cisco Switches, networking, and Veeam Backup.
