Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage our USA-based property management project. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and a proven track record in customer service.

This role involves overseeing daily operations of existing rentals and vacation properties, providing high-quality support to clients, and conducting research and analysis to inform business decisions. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and analyzing data to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have 1+ year of experience in relevant fields, including BPO, administration, virtual assistance, property management, real estate, or information technology. Fluency in spoken English is mandatory, along with strong research and analytical skills and critical ability to write and speak proper English.
