Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in software support and installation. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Software Installation and Configuration: Install and configure software products on client sites and manage online support services.
  2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot software issues both on-site and remotely.
  3. Application Testing and Deployment: Test and deploy applications as required.
  4. Database Management: Deploy databases, manage backup and restore processes, and perform data migrations.
  5. Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  6. Task Completion: Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduate with an advantage for experience.
Skills and Abilities

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with colleagues.

Work Environment

This role involves traveling to client sites within assigned territories.
