Job Title: Sales and Business Development ProfessionalOverview

This is a mid-senior level sales position that involves identifying and pursuing new B2C and B2B sales opportunities, including corporate accounts, group tours, partnerships, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through online platforms, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • E-commerce and Online Travel: Leverage e-commerce tools and online travel platforms to generate leads, convert sales, and increase online revenue.
  • Client Inquiries and Consultancy: Handle client inquiries across multiple channels, provide personalized travel consultancy, and close deals effectively.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the travel industry, with a focus on both traditional and online sales.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products, including online booking platforms.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Experience in e-commerce, online lead generation, and digital travel platforms is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
