Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting supply management and operational efficiency in our ride-hailing business and daily operations through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop operational strategies for the Yango ride-hailing business, ensuring seamless integration of global sourced technologies with local services.
  • Support partner network management for effective collaboration, fostering connections between leading world innovations and local communities.
  • Optimize driver supply and coverage through partnerships, bridging the gap between technology and everyday life.
  • Facilitate driver onboarding and retention initiatives, enhancing user experiences and driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; 2-4 years of work experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive process optimization.
  • Data-driven decision-maker focused on process improvement, with good stakeholder management and partner networking skills.
  • A dedicated team player with a passion for learning and improvement, embracing innovation and collaboration.
