About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and HCM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion implementations, ERP migration, and project governance, with proven success in managing technical teams, vendor relationships, and enterprise-scale transformations across functions such as Finance, HCM, SCM, and PPM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle of Oracle Fusion implementations from initiation through planning, execution, testing, rollout, and closure.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Oracle Fusion SMEs across HCM, Finance, SCM, and PPM.
  • Oversee multiple implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while driving quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to manage project delivery and resource alignment.
  • Organize and lead governance meetings such as SteerCo, weekly status updates, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, ensuring testing and deployment coordination.
  • Facilitate data migration activities, including legacy system analysis, data import/load, and validation.
  • Lead solution design workshops, requirement gathering, system configuration, and UAT.
  • Drive user adoption through training, troubleshooting, and handover to BAU teams.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend system enhancements or custom solutions.
  • Support dashboard and report development for operational and strategic needs.
  • Engage with users to streamline workflows and ensure seamless Oracle Fusion utilization.
  • Ensure validations of designs, configurations, and modules across Oracle Fusion suite.
