Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.

  • Sales Growth & Business Expansion:

Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and new business development.

  • Team Leadership:

Mentor and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, account managers, and sales representatives.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to ensure data-driven decision-making.

  • Strategic Planning & Innovation:

Develop long-term growth strategies for company expansion and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency management.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
