The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Avaya IP Office products, along with a strong understanding of WFO, Witness, CMS (Call Management System), and BCMRD (Basic Call Management System).

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Communication Manager (CM) R 5.2, 6.3 and above, as well as IP Office including R5.2, IPOCC, ACCS.

We require candidates to have hands-on experience in managing multi-channel web-chat, SMS, Voicemail, Fax, and Voice.

Job Requirements
  • Familiarity with CM, CMS systems

A competitive salary package is available, ranging from 20,000-30,000.

Candidates with an IT background will be given preference.

This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan and is part of the Security and Investigations team at GCS Pvt Ltd.
