We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the IT Managed Services sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting our company's expansion into new markets.
You will develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and areas of opportunity
- Engage in proactive outreach and communication to generate leads and set appointments
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services
- Support clients in understanding our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach
- Achieve personal and team goals for lead generation and sales
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales
- Experience in the IT services or consulting industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
