The Foundry

The Foundry is a global community with a shared vision: to build a world based on dignity that centers people and planet. It is the alumni community for over 1,600 graduates of our Fellowship or Accelerator Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute community programs to engage 50-60% of our community through spaces where social innovators find support.
  • Unlock insights from community needs by collecting data and analyzing trends for various segments.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with ecosystem organizations to increase capital and organizational support for social innovators.
  • Connect with and support community members by regularly checking-in to understand their challenges and provide access to relevant opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience building and leading partnerships with funders, corporates, investors, and social organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Track record of planning and executing programs while monitoring impact.
  • Analytical mindset to understand data, insights, and impact.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative community programs.
