HR Manager
DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employment resumes, applications, interview notes, and applicant flow logs in accordance with agency hiring procedures.
You will perform background checks and reference checks on all prospective applicants, ensuring that they meet the required standards. Additionally, you will develop and maintain applicant flow logs and other statistical data related to recruiting.
Your duties will also include providing human resource orientation to new employees, including training and presentations during staff orientation. You will process paperwork for employee terminations, verify unemployment claims, and submit them promptly to the administrator.
You will assist in investigating employee complaints and help with job analysis and updates to job descriptions. Your responsibilities will also include providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records, processing employee benefits plans, and liaising with contracted benefit providers.
Furthermore, you will maintain personnel records in compliance with current laws and regulations, compile and update employee records in both hard and soft copies, and address employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
