About the Job
  • Transaction Processing: Manage and post manual adjustments across various financial transactions, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Negative Balance Resolution: Collaborate with recovery agents to investigate and resolve negative balance issues, providing thorough checks and deep ownership.
  • Anomaly Detection: Identify and resolve unreconciled entries with support from relevant teams, ensuring seamless transaction flow.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Settlements and Customer Experience teams to facilitate smooth operations and efficient communication.
  • Risk Management: Escalate high-risk issues and suggest mitigation plans to leadership, promoting a culture of risk awareness and proactive decision-making.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records, memos, SLAs, and processing manuals for all tasks and activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Process Enhancement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability, driving business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0–2 years in processing, settlements, or reconciliation in fintech or banking.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is essential; accuracy is non-negotiable.
