As a key contributor to our inventory management team, you will oversee the flow of goods within multiple warehouses ensuring accurate records in our systems. Your expertise will help us control critical areas of stock and resolve discrepancies while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the movement of stock, including receipts, returns, disposals, transfers, and stocktakes.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in our warehouse management systems.
  • Escalate any discrepancies while collaborating with security staff.
  • Produce daily/weekly reports on inventory control and discrepancy resolution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct quality analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and implement inventory management processes and procedures.
  • Develop expertise in key warehouse process paths and ensure compliance across shifts and departments.
  • Measure and analyze quality and stock integrity, providing feedback to warehouse managers.
  • Review customer complaints and develop action plans to reduce future incidents.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations and principles (e.g., supply chain, customer service).
  • Working knowledge of operational metrics.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
