Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base in both local and international markets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales for fashion garments, leather goods, salt, and rice products.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  5. Utilize Excel to manage and analyze sales data, forecast sales, and prepare reports.
  6. Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  10. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  11. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Experience in the general trading industry is a plus.
