Job Overview

O&G Distributors Llc is an industry-leading provider of biometric solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Key Account Executive to join our team.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with key account managers to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • This includes developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The Senior Key Account Executive will also participate in sales training meetings on a weekly basis and travel in Pakistan to meet with clients.
  • Able to reach customers, close sales, and provide them with all information required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of biometric experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management positions or current experience with vendors in Pakistan, preferably in their management sales divisions.
  • Must be a Pakistani citizen with all legal documents.
  • Self-starter with the ability to create opportunities.
  • Technically adept within the application development for biometric installation space.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within System Integrators' organizations.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation and self-management.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Possess a very good network within the large Pakistani business community and offshore vendors in Pakistan.
  • A strategic thinker with good business acumen.
  • Ability to manage many tasks and priorities while remaining focused.
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus.
  • Ability to travel 80-100%.
