Senior Backend Architect

In this key role, you will design and build high-performance backend systems, including real-time video processing, advanced notification services, customer-facing APIs, and large-scale data management solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing fault-tolerant, scalable microservices that integrate with the platform ecosystem, ensuring robustness under high load. You will also optimize complex data processing pipelines to handle massive volumes of traffic violation data with low latency and high reliability.

Additionally, you will refine advanced database schemas, indexing strategies, and caching mechanisms to maximize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Furthermore, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with frontend, AI, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.

You will establish and enforce rigorous testing standards, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure system reliability and maintainability.

Requirements for this role include 6+ years of software development experience with expertise in modern programming languages (Python, ReactJS, NextJS, or similar). You must have a proven track record of architecting and delivering scalable, production-grade microservices in high-traffic environments.

You should also possess deep expertise in API design, database optimization (relational and NoSQL), caching systems, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Furthermore, you should be proficient in designing and optimizing high-performance data pipelines for real-time or near-real-time applications.
