Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Develop trusting relationships with key clients to drive long-term business objectives.
- Customer Insights: Research and gather insights on client needs and wants to suggest tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver ordered products in a timely manner and exceed client expectations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary contact point for key customers, handling their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Feedback Management: Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
- New Business Development: Identify new potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager.
- Prior sales and customer service experience is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
