Key Position: Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive strategic campaigns and elevate brand presence across retail and digital platforms. This leadership role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders on high-impact initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will design and implement strategies that align with business objectives and category growth
  • Responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, and B2B) with clear KPIs and ROI focus
  • Drive go-to-market execution for key product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market activations
  • Shape brand communication across customer and internal touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Design, and Customer Experience teams is essential
  • Monitor marketing performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize strategy
  • Effectively manage agencies, content creators, and internal resources to ensure campaign success
  • 6–10 years of experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing—preferably in retail, lifestyle, or consumer industries
  • A strong command over strategic planning, creative execution, and performance tracking is required
  • Lead cross-functional projects and work in dynamic environments
  • Derive actionable insights from marketing data
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
  • Balanced brand-building vision with commercial impact
