Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee all financial operations, strategy, and performance from our back-office in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that support the company's long-term goals and growth objectives in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in US healthcare financial operations, billing, and revenue cycle management, particularly within mental health or behavioral health.
  • A strong understanding of US GAAP and healthcare regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
