Job Overview

The role of a Food Campaign Specialist involves spearheading the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aimed at driving order volume, customer engagement, and partner revenue in the food delivery sector.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can create and manage campaign calendars, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights and market trends to ensure business goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute food-focused marketing campaigns to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and partner revenue.
  • Subsidy Management: Design and implement a structured subsidy strategy to maximize ROI for partner restaurants, analyzing sales and market data to determine effective subsidy levels and allocation.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze campaign and subsidy performance using key metrics such as sales, order volume, and customer engagement, preparing detailed reports and insights for senior management to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or sales (preferably in the food delivery or F&B sector).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
