We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position at Karachi. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing Upwork accounts efficiently, submitting competitive bids, and overseeing project timelines.

Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for upselling and build long-term client relationships.

You will act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage multiple Upwork accounts, ensuring timely submissions of bids and efficient execution of projects.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their queries and updating them on project progress.
  • Upselling and Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience: Have a proven track record of at least 2 years in Upwork account management.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Target-Oriented: Exhibit a proactive attitude focused on achieving targets and driving results.
Benefits:
