Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits for consistent product design.
  • Translate feedback into thoughtful design improvements.
  • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across different devices and platforms.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design, web/mobile layouts, and component-based design systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user interface and user experience design work.
