The successful candidate will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a 40-storey residential building project. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, creating and managing resource-loaded plans with accurate material and manpower allocations, generating and analyzing S-curves for effective tracking of project resources and materials, and preparing and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel for planning and resource management, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for structural and architectural coordination, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, while a Master's in Project Management is preferred. The candidate should have experience ranging from 6 months to 3 years in a similar role.
