Project Coordinator and Estimator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for converting site visit notes, walkthrough photos, scopes of work, and measurements into clear, time-and-materials-based project estimates for customer approval.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or field work in the trades as general contractor. A strong understanding of residential repair and light construction is essential. Proficiency in job management or CRM tools is also required.

In addition to estimating, this role involves administrative coordination such as scheduling, customer communication, and project tracking to ensure smooth workflow and a high standard of service delivery.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects and stay detail-focused while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.
