Residential Construction Lead Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Business Lead Management Professional who can lead our residential construction projects with ease and finesse.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of managing leads, teams, and resources to deliver successful project outcomes. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, digital tools, and online platforms is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business leads through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with the technical team, including architects and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Record and maintain accurate lead data, contracts, and agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential architectural planning and interior designing.
- Strong organizational and lead management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and Urdu language.
