About this role:

The Human Resource Executive will coordinate and inform selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out recruitment packs.

This position involves various tasks such as compiling daily attendance, maintaining leave records, ensuring timely completion of Employee Management Fund (EMF) gratuity documents, and updating information on the HR portal for newly hired staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with candidates to gather necessary documentation
  • Maintaining accurate attendance records and leave policies
  • Managing EMF gratuity documents and cheque files
  • Updating HR portal with new employee information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Advanced Office tools
  • Strong administrative skills
