Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Advertising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.

  • - Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives
  • - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution
  • - Mentor and support Digital Advertising Specialists to ensure high performance and growth
  • - Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • - Set up and manage campaigns on various platforms
  • - Create and maintain campaign structure, ad groups, and ad creatives
  • - Perform daily, weekly, and monthly ad account maintenance and optimization
  • - Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, quality score, impression share, etc.
  • - Generate and present campaign performance reports (overall, ad group, keyword, location targeting, etc.)
  • - Monitor and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
  • - Implement and manage conversion tracking and integrate third-party call tracking tool
  • - Lead regular client meetings and set clear agendas
  • - Manage bid strategies at the campaign, ad group, and keyword levels
  • - Diversify targeting methods such as contextual targeting, placement targeting, and topic targeting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • - 4+ years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
  • - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts
  • - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
