Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  5. Legal Database Knowledge: Have knowledge or experience with legal databases.
  6. Litigation Support: Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings.
  7. Document Organization: Organize and manage documents, including creating spreadsheets.
  8. Drafting Legal Documents: Draft legal documents according to judicial procedures.
  9. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on legal policies and present written analysis to solicitors.
  10. Document Review: Review and produce documents, responding to specific requests.
  11. Litigation Preparation: Assist with litigation preparation.
  12. Accident Case Management: Create and track accidental cases.
