Job Description: The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employees and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive HR-related policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Management: Plan and implement employee performance appraisal systems, including developing tools for job evaluation and conducting regular assessments with senior managers.
  • Training and Development: Manage in-house training programs for technical and non-technical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports, including personnel records.
  • Recruitment: Develop, implement, and manage a centralized recruiting process to attract and select top talent.
Requirements:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal communication and writing skills in English.
  • HR Knowledge: Have good knowledge across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, and development, and conflict resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate excellent hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Drive.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent technical skills.
