We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, strengthen export growth, and ensure seamless execution of our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day company operations including manufacturing, supply chain, and export functions.
  • Drive expansion in global markets by ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to design and implement growth strategies.
  • Lead production efficiency initiatives to optimize cost, improve quality, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote company culture and long-term vision.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across production, logistics, and sales operations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality certifications, and global export requirements.
  • Strengthen relationships with international clients, distributors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or senior leadership role in manufacturing/export industry.
  • Strong understanding of export operations, supply chain management, and large-scale production.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and process automation.
