">Portfolio Manager Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our investment teams at HBL Asset Management Limited. This role will be responsible for creating value in fund performance through suitable investment recommendations, employing both top-down and bottom-up approaches.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and manage discretionary and non-discretionary mandates to meet client objectives
  2. Implement the agreed investment strategy, trading in equity and fixed income securities
  3. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders for smooth process execution
  4. Monitor portfolios continuously and provide monthly reports to clients
  5. Evaluate the investment process
  6. Manage portfolio risk and devise measures to monitor and control it
  7. Provide investment advisory services and develop client investment strategies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of local financial markets, NBFC regulations, and mutual fund sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
