About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VoIP Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our VoIP and telephony systems, leveraging your technical expertise to drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex VoIP network issues, utilizing advanced technical expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of VoIP systems and IP protocols, staying current with industry advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements, driving process efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in VoIP engineering, with a strong background in Asterisk and Opensips.
  • Proven experience in VoIP network engineering, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and high availability.
  • Deep knowledge of VoIP systems and IP protocols, including SIP, RTP, H.323, ISDN, and other Telephony protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications, with relevant certifications.
