Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations in housing colonies to showcase the benefits of Wall Putty products.
  • Foster strong relationships with painters and customers to promote product usage and benefits.
  • Generate sales leads and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Paint or Construction industry. Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, or Lubricants industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in achieving sales objectives.
Benefits:

Mobile Allowance: Rs. 500 / month

Note:

The Sales Officers will be engaged on a third-party payroll and will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our Wall Putty products. The role involves conducting product sampling in collaboration with painters and achieving sales targets.
