Customer Acquisition Representative

We are seeking highly motivated, punctual and energetic individuals to join our team of customer sales professionals.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers to generate interest in our insurance products using a provided script.
About the Role:
  1. Maintain high productivity levels by consistently making 400 calls daily to generate leads.
  2. Transfer interested prospects to licensed agents for further consultation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in telemarketing or a related field is required.
  • Candidates with previous cold calling experience and knowledge of insurance campaigns will be given preference.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Daily call volume
  • Conversion rates of generated leads into sales
