Assistant Director - Global Public Company Independence Procedures

  • Oversee the preparation of client acceptance files and ensure all necessary information is gathered.
  • Manage the Center of Excellence and report to Onshore MENA independence.
  • Communicate, review, and conclude on independence evaluations related to client acceptance.
