Job Description
  • Design and develop scalable, well-structured code that meets customers' complex needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and deployment of software applications, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve intricate technical issues and defects.
  • Work closely with project and support teams to provide informed estimates and timelines for engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enforce organizational coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
  • Partner with QA to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Effectively communicate progress, risks, and technical debt to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to performance optimization initiatives and continuous improvement streams, driving process efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing distributed systems, high-volume transaction applications, and cloud computing.
  • In-depth understanding of software architecture, infrastructure, and technical trends.
  • Familiarity with SaaS & PaaS concepts and leading-edge technologies.
  • Strong leadership abilities, supervisory skills, and team management expertise.
