Compensation and benefits professionals play a vital role in ensuring that employees are fairly compensated for their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans to promote internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market surveys to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze payroll data accurately and make informed decisions about compensation and benefits programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, leave, and retirement plans, to support the well-being of employees.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for compensation decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • ACCA qualification is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or finance is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems are a plus.
