We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and technical support via various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues.
  • Gathering customer feedback and providing suggestions for improvements to products and services.

Required skills include strong customer service and technical support skills, excellent English communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, and experience with SAP and CRM software is a plus.
