Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at PurpleDesk in Lahore. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, troubleshooting, and handling customer service inquiries. Are you a customer-focused professional eager to join a dynamic team in the vibrant city of Lahore? We are actively seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our call center team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the U.S. customer service industry, then we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email channels to U.S. customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and with professionalism.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle high-pressure situations, including de-escalating frustrated customers by offering feasible solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role with U.S. clients.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week with rotating night shifts (PST, MST, and CST).
- Prior experience with online booking platforms would be a bonus
- Proficiency in Excel.
